Greens Quality Bentgrass

Our Greens Quality Bentgrass Sod is grown on fumigated, 90% sand based soil that is virtually identical to USGA Putting Green Specifications. This eliminates the need for the costly and imperfect process of “washing” the soil from our bentgrass sod. The “layering” effect associated with bentgrass grown on heavier soils is eliminated by growing the sod on the correct soil for proper greens establishment. Simply install our bentgrass sod on your greens mix and perform a heavy core aeration after the sod is firmly established, topdressing heavily with your greens mix. If you follow this process you will be on your way to a successful, top performing green for years to come.
