TifSport is fine bladed, dark green, and has much better cold hardiness than traditional bermuda grasses. It maintains excellent turf quality down to ΒΌ inch mowing heights making it an ideal surface for closely mowed areas around greens as well as tees and fairways. TifSport performs best in full sun and is very drought tolerant. It can be successfully over seeded with rye grass in the Fall.
